This site is maintained using Netscape Composer.  For image manipulation, I use iGrafx Image from Micrografx, which I think is the best graphic editor around.  iGrafx Designer includes a bitmap editor, vector graphics drawing program and includes iGrafx Business, which includes an image editor which is only slightly less feature-laden, a simpler drawing program and a 3D graphics editor.  (I don't get any kickbacks for saying this - I just like the product.)
