The Savage Sword images have been published in the Conan Chromium and Conan Chromium 2 card sets by Comic Images.  All were cover art for Savage Sword comics.  The remaining images were Conan book covers, except for the Playboy image.  If you can offer positive identification of any not listed here, please let me know.
