I wasn't going to include images of this card set, but people kept hinting, so here they are.

The Marvel Masterpieces '96 card set features 99 image cards and a checklist, with Boris Vallejo and Julie Bell doing about half the cards each.  In addition, there are six Gallery insert cards which feature gold borders, and six Double Impact cards, which have an embossed image on each side, one of each pair by each artist.

The table below lists the card number, character portrayed and artist.  The astute reader will note that the arrangement is alphabetic order by character within an assortment of subsets, which is why there is no pattern to the order of the artists.  For anyone who cares about the statistics, there are 58 images by Boris and 59 by Julie.  Some of the cards are side-by-side halves of images featuring duels between pairs of characters; I have joined these pairs into single images.
